Mrs. Dora Gyawa Dei-Tumi is an astute public administrator and human capital development officer, with an impressive career spanning over three decades in the Civil Service. Currently serving as Principal of the Civil Service Training Centre (CSTC), she holds a pivotal role in steering the overall management of human resource development within the Civil Service.
Mrs. Dei-Tumi’s journey to her current position is marked by a remarkable ascent. Starting as a Training Officer at the Government Secretarial School, she demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise, eventually ascending through the ranks. She moved to the Institute of Technical Supervision as a Senior Training Officer and was eventually posted to the esteemed position of Principal at the Civil Service Training Centre.
